If, like me, you are an Edward Hopper fan, the town of Nyack is a place you can visit to see where he beautifully painted some of his finest works. Just down the road from his old house is another place hand-crafting slightly different works of art. Boxer Donut is a very tasty donut spot. Nothing here is overly fancy or crammed with candy bars on top. Instead, they focus on their flavors, baking unique treats with simple toppings. Occasionally, they’ll have things like homemade pop tarts, apple fritters, and cinnamon rolls (which I'm all in for).
